How long will it take to receive my order?
Deliveries are made within 24 to 72 hours if the item is in stock*
*Estimated delivery time, depending on available delivery slots in your region. Deliveries of in-stock products will always be offered within a few days of your order.
Otherwise, delivery times vary from 4 to 8 weeks for made-to-order products.
The delivery time is indicated on the product page below the "add to cart" button, once the variant has been selected.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard Delivery — 99€
Your item is delivered to the curb, in front of your home.
👉 Ideal if you are equipped to transport it into your home.
Comfort Delivery — 159€
Our delivery team will place the item in the room of your choice, on the ground floor or upstairs.
👉 Convenient if you don't want to carry or maneuver packages yourself.
Premium Delivery — 199€
Our delivery team will deliver to the room of your choice, unpack and install your item.
👉 Perfect if you want a turnkey experience, with nothing to do.
Once the order is placed, we will call you to arrange the day and time of delivery.
Do you deliver upstairs?
Yes, the delivery service can take your sofa upstairs, even without an elevator, as specified in the delivery methods. Please make sure to select the type of delivery you want (curbside delivery, upstairs delivery, delivery + assembly).
Additional charges for freight lift may apply if access to the accommodation is difficult.
Do you offer in-home assembly?

Can I return my product?
You can return your order within 14 days if:
- The item was in stock when you placed your order.
- It is in perfect condition

Order
From cart to receipt, what's the process?
Will I be contacted after placing my order?
Yes, once your order has been placed, we will call you to arrange a delivery slot. You will be informed at every stage.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, it is possible anywhere in Belgium. A 10% deposit is required online, then you pay the delivery person directly once the product is received.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us via WhatsApp or our form, in accordance with our cancellation and return policy.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, your invoice will be sent to you automatically the day after delivery, by email.
I have a business, can I get an invoice with VAT?
Certainly. Indicate it at the time of order or contact us, and we will take care of the formalities.

Some models are, especially for colors.
Please note: personalized products cannot be returned.

What are your sofas made of?
Our products are made from quality European materials: wooden frames, durable fabrics, high-density foams... You'll find all the information in the product description.
How do I care for my sofa?
A small handheld vacuum for dust, a soft cloth for stains, and you're good to go. Avoid harsh products.
What is the warranty period?
All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty, valid in case of manufacturing defects. A defective part? We'll send it to you, free of charge.
